The way to release your stress.

Sleep a lot. (nearly all day long)
Drive a car for long time listening to music loudly
Eat sweets such as chocolate, sweet red-bean bread, cookies.
Watch movie or performances which makes me laugh or cry.

These are my favorites when I've got stressed. depressed. It's quite helpful.
What's the way to decrease your stress?

    You know I like exercise.
    So I go hiking or diving to release my stress.
    It makes me really happy and I can't think anything while doing that.
    I think working out is really good way to remove your stress.

    You must have lots of stress with directiong our skit. You're a professional. We'll do our best, so don't get stressed.
    For me, I work out to blow off my stress at gym. Also, the musics from gym are mostly upbeat so it gives me synergistic effects when I work out at a gym with lively musics.

    Stress is such a big problem for us all in this modern world. I try to keep positive thoughts in mind (increases the good brain chemestry) and I try to take a long walk everyday while listening to a good audiobook. It frees me from thinking about work or other problems.

    Anyway, through this skit I'm so surprised of your ability related to music, acting, leadership, consideration, etc.

    In my case, I usually try to have delicious dishes, of sweeties. But, it could allow to get weight!
    m.m;; Not so good!
    Taking a walk, listening to music so loudly, reading some interesting novels, chatting with my close friends, falling asleep for a long time, watching so so so sad movie & crying, etc.
    These are my ways to get away my stress!!
    Let's enjoy our high school life(I think this training course looks very similar to Korean middle school or high school life.We take classes for 8 hours a day.)

  5. Hi~ Lovely lovely Stacy~~^^ Today has almost passed. What are you doing? I think you might fall asleep because you have to drive long way from your home to here. Today, I woke up so late. So I am warried that I can't sleep until late night. Anyway, recently when I got stressed, I tend to drink hot choco~~ To be honest, I don't like drinking something sweet. But theseday, I am big into hot choco~~~^^
    Next time when you feel depressed~ How about takeing a walk together?^^ To get some fresh air~~~~~~~~~~~^^
